EVALUATE
We’ll meet with you to understand your business and the current state that it’s in. We’ll review with you your operations, sales and marketing efforts, as well as your financial statements (if you have them), the overall structure of your business, and what your role is within your own company. All of this is to gain an understanding of what your business has for potential growth in value and profits, based on taking things off your plate or us driving new initiatives that are not yet underway.
PLAN
Once we have a firm understanding of the current baselines in your business, we’ll prepare a plan for where JURI Consulting quickly and effectively brings value to your organization. We also have additional support teams for financial work through our partnered accounting firm, Bender Accounting and Taxes, as well as sales and marketing support through our partner agency Longship Marketing. We’ll create a plan for where we are leaning in to either take things off your plate, or to grow new initiatives in the company that are needed.
EXECUTE
JURI Consulting comes in as your outsourced partners, and we get completely in the weeds on your business. We’ll be as involved in the areas of your business we’re taking responsibility for as we would within our own small businesses we own. This focus will quickly take things off your plate and position your business to be able to see it’s full potential, all while you are being more specific with where you’re investing your own time. Justin Wagg
Justin is originally from Canada but lived most of his adult life in Germany before moving to Tampa Bay in 2017. Originally starting his career in film studies, Justin began working on managing creative projects and content marketing for a defense contractor in Stuttgart, Germany after graduating.
Upon completing his MBA in 2015, he went on to work with TeamViewer AG in digital marketing, leading teams of marketers for demand generation, performance marketing and content marketing. In 2019 Justin began his journey as an entrepreneur by starting his own marketing and sales agency, which he successfully grew to a team of 10 by 2021. In early 2022 (after only 30 months) he exited that business with a merger with a larger creative agency.
Justin is now an investor in other small businesses, as well as a consultant for demand generation, marketing leadership and business operations. He brings over 20 years experience working in leadership roles both in tech companies and within his own small businesses.
